Development of Prototypes

For conveying, positioning and aligning products the measurements (e.g. shape, size, material, stability, temperature etc.) are as important as the additional conditions (e.g. quantity, time units, travel paths, departure and destination conditions). For this purpose we developed fully automatic video based handling, inspection and rotation stations. 

Pneumatic Tester for Checking Leakage

This tester is a prototype, which was developed for the medical industry. It is designed to check the tightness of breathing apparatus with compressed air.

Our extensive knowledge and more than 20 years experience in sensoring and measuring technology, interface handling and data processing enables us to develop complete measuring and testing stands and to deliver those as large-scale constructions.
